High Potentials

High Potentials are usually identified as those who have the potential to grow into leadership roles. They are hard working who have the potential to be leaders based on their knowledge, skills, and the behaviors and attitude they show. They are high achievers in an organization,ready to do what is necessary to get the job done. They are eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities and bigger challenges.
             There are many examples of companies that have successful leadership such as Bank of America, Microsoft, Philip Morris, Novartis International, and Marriott International. These organizations have seen the value of ensuring that their high potential employees are groomed for future leadership roles.
               Successful organizations know what skills are required for a leader to meet its long term strategic goals and grow prosper.
